The official Indian military name appears to be TELESCOPIC SIGHTING 5.56MM LMG. It is commenly called the OFB (Ordnance Factory Board) 4x on the internet. It appears to be built by the Ordance Factory Dehradun (OFD). It appears to be closely related to the similar looking OFB 2.5x scope.
